• NFCC Certified Credit Counselor: certified by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling.
• HUD-Certified Housing Counselor: certified under the US Department of Housing and Urban Development's national certification.
• HUD-Approved Reverse Mortgage Counselor: approved to deliver the counseling required before a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage.
• PFE Certified Debt Management Professional: certified in debt management by the Personal Finance Employees education foundation.
